Common Service Centre (CSC) let's Discuss what is CSC? How Does it work? How to

In 2019 and before that the registration the process was very easy but after 2019 the process of registration is completely
changed.
In 2020 TEC (Telecentre Entrepreneur Course) certificate is mandatory to get CSC
Centre.

What is
CSC (Common Service Centre)?
A Common
Service Center (CSC) is an information and communication technology
(ICT) access point created under the National e-Governance Project of the
Indian government. The project plan includes the creation of a network of over
100,000 CSCs throughout the country.
In short, CSC is
a Digital Seva Kendra.

How Does CSC Work?
If you have a CSC Id then you can provide all
the Govt. and Non-Govt. Digital Seva to the people.

What type of works are done in CSC?
In CSC you can make Aadhar Card, Pan Card,
Voter Id Card, Passport, Birth Certificate, etc.
CSC Scheme
focuses on the delivery of Government to Citizen (G2C) Services, Business to
Citizen (B2C) Services, Health Services, Financial Inclusion Services,
Education Services and Agriculture Services.

Who can
apply for CSC?
VLE Eligibility Criteria
· The VLE should be a village
youth above 18 years of age
· The VLE must have passed the
10th level examination from a recognized board as a minimum level of educational
qualification
· The VLE should be fluent in
reading and writing the local dialect and should also have a basic level
knowledge of the English language
· Prior knowledge in basic
computer skills would be a preferred advantage
· The VLE should be motivated
enough to be a prime driver of social change and disperse his/her duties with
utmost dedication and honesty.

is VLE?
Full
form of VLE is (Village Level Entrepreneur). VLE is a person who works at the
village level and delivers all the government and private services to end-user
through the CSC.

6. What is TEC
Certificate? How to get it?
Telecentre Entrepreneur Course (TEC)
is a certification course designed by CSC Academy. This course is for all the
Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLE) and citizens who intend to become a certified
VLE. The course is designed to give information about various services provided
by CSC.
To apply for TEC Certificate you
have to go to the http://www.cscentrepreneur.in/ Then
you have to Register yourself in TEC By paying RS.1470.00. After paying your
fees you will get a TEC Id and Password. After login into the portal you have
to complete 10 assessments, there will be 100 Questions Carrying 1 Mark in Each
Question. You Just have to pass that exam and After 7 working days your TEC
Certificate will be generated and you can download it digitally.
To apply for the CSC Centre TEC Certificate is mandatory for all VLE’s.

Then Select the application Type as CSC VLE

Then Enter Your TEC Certificate Number.

Fill The Mobile Number & Captcha then
Submit.
After That fill all the necessary Information and Follow the steps
to complete the application process. Once Your application is done your CSC Id
and Password will be sent to your registered Mobile number within a Month.
